Privacy at
the studio.

Bookings and payments use the contact details of the person arranging lessons. For a child’s lessons, a parent or guardian should handle booking and payment. This website does not require a student account.

Booking a lesson

The studio collects your name, email address, chosen lesson time, and any student name or notes you choose to share. These details are stored securely with Supabase and used to arrange and manage your lessons. Available times are public; your contact details are not. Your private booking link lets you view and cancel your lesson, so keep it to yourself.

Paying tuition

We send your name, email, lesson length, scheduled lesson count, and confirmation of studio policies to Stripe to process enrollment. With your authorization, Stripe saves your payment method for monthly tuition. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page and are not stored by this website. The studio uses payment records to manage tuition and arrange lessons. See Stripe’s privacy notice.

Lesson emails

Resend delivers lesson confirmations, cancellations, and billing notices using your email address and booking information. Confirmation emails include a private lesson link, so please keep them safe. We do not enable email open or click tracking. Replies go to Quentin.

Website operation

Your browser tab remembers an unfinished checkout and your private lesson link so it can be recovered without opening a duplicate payment. The website host may process technical request information to operate and secure the service. Your browser tab temporarily remembers an unfinished booking so a dropped connection won’t create a duplicate reservation. It clears that record after your confirmation is recovered. A separate essential cookie keeps the teacher signed in to the private calendar. A short-lived, scrambled identifier helps limit repeated booking and login attempts. This site does not include advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe may use its own cookies during checkout.
